KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieving yearly sales quota

- Generating 90% of your pipeline without marketing support

- Achieving a high-capacity monthly cadence and monthly quota

- Prospecting and producing market qualified leads in an assigned industry and list of target accounts through various outbound methods.

- Navigate large organizations, identify decision-makers, and manage competing interests.

- Manage the sales process from prospecting to close; conduct introductory/connect calls, demos, use-case discovery meetings, negotiation, and contract execution.

-Manage multiple conversations simultaneously at various stages of engagement, while making sure those conversations bring value to your customer.

-Initiating, negotiating and closing new contracts with our prospects and customers- you own the full sales cycle with your sales pipeline.

-Having in-depth conversations with prospects and customers about their needs, then communicating those needs to the rest of the team- you will be making sure that we’re keeping the customer at the center of every conversation.

-Communicating, organizing and escalating all types of issues that cause friction to close our prospects, such as billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.

-Serving as the voice of the customer and sharing feedback with the rest of the company— particularly with the product team.

- Working with customer success manager to get 25% of customers within 3 months after close to being referenceable and 75% after 6 months.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years as an Account Executive, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Salesforce and Google Spreadsheets expertise
- Proven track record of achieving yearly sales quota and hitting goals
- Experience growing your own sales pipeline from zero
- Experience closing large deals over the phone/ web
- An exceptional hunger to succeed.
- A high degree of persistence and follow-through.
- Be excited about joining an early-stage startup and growing with the company.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.
- The ability to easily engage prospects in conversation and generate product interest over different communication channels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years in enterprise sales in a b2b SaaS company
- Experience closing deals in the sports, entertainment, and/or higher education industries.
- Experience closing 5 and 6 figure deals
- Experience with Mixmax and Acuity Scheduling

COMPENSATION

$40,000 - $50,000/year base salary
20% recurring commissions on every deal you close

30-Day earning potential:

$3,333/mo to $4,167/mo base salary
$6,000 in recurring commissions when you close 8 deals and hit quota
$9,333 - $10,167 Total 30-day earning potential
$112,000 - $122,000 annual salary when you achieve yearly sales quota
