- Create content such as case studies, blog posts, graphics, videos, and presentations, with an emphasis on written content.

- Own a customer-led marketing case study program focused on our clients.

- Focus on making complex and technical topics simple and approachable for all audiences.

- Create engaging and timely social media updates and track metrics on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow our audience and promote our blogs, videos, and social content.

- Bring a creative eye to writing content, making it more effective through style and format.

- Create and maintain help center articles, product related content, and email content.

- Interview internal teammates and clients, and keep up with market news and trends, to identify new content topics of interest to our clients.


- 2+ years of experience implementing a content marketing strategy for a b2b market at a SaaS startup or tech company.

- Experience writing and publishing content for a large consumer audience through different channels of support, including voice, email, social and/or chat.

- You know how to tailor your style, tone, and message to a specific audience.

- Content marketing instinct. You understand what our audience is looking for and can create the content that will draw them in, optimizing the path to conversion along the way.

- Fluent in social media. You understand the techniques and content strategies that perform across channels and why.

- You've refined exceptional writing, editing, and verbal skills.

- Desire to take ownership of work and execute with minimal oversight.

- Stong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite


- Prior experience working in a high growth environment
- Prior experience working at a company serving the sports, entertainment, and/or higher education industries.
- Content marketing certification
- Adobe Creative Suite certifications
