Job Description:

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers mostly across the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS, and NCAA. Some of your key responsibilities will include campaign creation/deployment, recommending best practices, routine check-in calls and improving the platform user experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for driving customer success, strong relationship building and an entrepreneurial spirit that focuses on going above and beyond the call of duty.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers in campaign deployment and recommending effective strategies to maximize revenue and overall ticket sales.
Monitoring live campaign inventory to determine if additional inventory is required or to make recommendations to move remnant inventory.
Monitoring and tracking open issues including ADA requests, refund requests, inventory, etc.
Execute and resolve Customer Service issues in a timely manner.
Building a best practice guide/case studies.
Maximize the efficiency of campaigns by providing ongoing recommendations to the engineering team.

Minimum Skills Required:

2 years working experience in account management, customer support or administrative roles
Ability to work in a team setting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and customers
Analytical, organized and process-oriented mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Docs

Bonus Skills - Not Required but great to have:

Experience within customers services and/or retention
Previous experience in the sports, tech or ticketing industry
Proper usage of social media in a business environment
