Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of New Listings who will expand our relationships with owners of all types including individual owners of condos and townhomes to small rental buildings all the way up to partnerships with multifamily developers and operators. You will work directly with the founders and collaborate across marketing, product, and operations. You will receive a marketing budget and work with marketing to execute campaigns directed at listing acquisition. You will also have a team that handles tenant services like photography, listing creating and syndication, lead management, and viewings so you can focus on driving listing growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and energetic to lead a strategic process in an exciting sales, business development, and strategy role. Compensation is highly competitive based on experience with potential for stock options. Previous experience developing relationships with owners and acquiring rental listings is required.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with all types of property owners to drive listing acquisition
- Respond to inbound owner leads, create proposals, and effectively close listing agreements
- Own a marketing budget and work with marketing to execute campaigns to drive new owner leads
- Strike partnerships with other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem e.g. brokers, architects, etc.
- Work with founders and contribute to evolving sales strategy and product roadmap

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in real estate required with a focus on rentals and building real estate owner relationships
- Outgoing and enjoys talking with people with superb communication skills, both written and orally
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities at once
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, start-up environment
- Real estate license preferred
