Role: Inside Sales Representative

Reports To: Chief Business Officer


You are an experienced, talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You are comfortable with multiple customer engagement channels, such as voice, email, and chat. Above all, you are a team player who genuinely wants to make an impact and help small businesses grow.


• Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Make outbound calls and send emails
• Attend to prospect queries on webchat
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
• Continuously learn the product and the regulatory environment
• Swiftly and courteously respond to customer queries
• Collaborate with the wider team throughout the sales process
• Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly quotas
• Analyze pipeline and provide insights to marketing & product teams
• Maintain and expand prospect database within the assigned target segment


• Proven inside sales experience
• A track record for over-achieving on quotas
• Strong phone presence and ability to make several outbound calls a day
• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree
