Customer Success Associate

We are a positive and energetic team with a mission to improve the operations of medical clinics and their interactions with patients with our medical specialty focused all-in-one software. We are growing and always on the lookout for great team players to join us in this journey.

We are looking to fill immediately Customer Success Associate position in our downtown San Francisco office.

Responsibilities:
● Become a product expert through daily engagement in the platform and pro-active learning
● Assist Customer Success team in on-boarding new customers (set up accounts, coordinate enrollment into channel partner services, deliver on account configuration needs, etc.)
● Act as first responder to customer technical requests, ensuring customer needs are being addressed in a timely manner
● Document feature requests, validate minor bugs and escalate technical requests to engineering as required
● Support development of customer knowledge base with content updates, videos, and general documentation
● Engage in all efforts with a customer-centric focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
● Supporting additional projects and tasks related to the Customer Success team

Qualifications:
● 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing success, support, account management or sales role
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
● Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
● Teamwork mentality and willing to assist wherever necessary
● Technical acumen with desire to learn
● Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho), Jira, and/or Zendesk and experience supporting SaaS software a plus
