As an Account Manager at Relay, you will identify, source and close prospects (both inbound and outbound). Using a consultative selling approach, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards Relay’s mission.

The Role

  • Position the value of Relay’s software to Accountants & Bookkeepers
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Relay can help them improve their processes, relationships with their customers, and ultimately scale their own businesses
  • Manage a pipeline of leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Close business with new and existing customers
  • Deliver a delightful post-sale experience where relationship building, empathy, and timely problem solving are a core focus
  • Play a key role in developing new sales collateral to further develop our Sales & Marketing efforts
