Job Description

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by promoting RegDesk's technology offerings. A successful representative works in partnership with internal teammates to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Exceed sales goals for assigned territory by creating Sales Plan (cold call and cold email scripts) for you to create, manage and close opportunities.
- Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics
- Utilize technology platforms and data to analyze territory and effectively target accounts.
- Effectively manage sales pipeline via CRM
- Present proposals, negotiate pricing and effectively differentiate RegDesk product offerings.
- Build consultative relationships with healthcare leaders. Maintain active presence at top accounts.
- In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications, functionality and use.
- Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape competitors and competitive products.
- Attend and participate in conventions, and tradeshows as directed. Some travel within assigned territories to call on accounts is expected, including overnights.

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and systems (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, hubspot)
- Must demonstrate ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, pay attention to detail, and prioritize.
- Ability to successfully interact with clients over the phone and in-person.
- Ability to work positively and constructively in a team environment.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously to achieve activity and sales goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree Required
- 3-5 years of experience selling to medical device and pharmaceutical companies
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, strong problem-solving and time management skills
