EXP 4-6 yrs

• Second Level of Escalation SPOC for allthe service delivery operation related quries.
• Work on the new project requirement and fulfillments
• Managing SLA Performance and financials of services
• Monitor and analyze incident KPI figures
• Morning meeting with team mates to discuss about their work on daily basis.
• Conducting review meeting with the team on weekly basis and share the MOM.
• Preparation/Customizing as per the management need.
• Creating meeting with the vendor on the requirement fulfillment.
• Work on the contact renewal/ Creation of new contact etc.
• Store management.
• Decision making.
• Team Handling and budget Planning.
• Purchase planning
