The person in this position identifies, develops, and closes sales for all of our served regions and entities. As the individual who represents the company and drives revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can manage and grow a large pipeline of business.
• Create and drive revenue for the entire organization
• Manage and grow the inside and outside sales teams
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking and partner development
• Drive brand awareness, marketing campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, and the marketing team
• Nurture key accounts for growth and referral opportunities
• Report and forecast using our CRM system
• Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience and Required Skills:
• College Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• A proven track record of managing and growing sales teams
• 10 years of SaaS software experience
• Experience with healthcare software or a related field.
