Business Development is field-based sales professionals in General trade for basic retailing, i.e. small scale business targeting the stores where consumers opt day to day purchases in small quantity & tea stalls, hotels, etc.

we are ONLY looking for Go-Getters who would Conduct market research to identify target clients, evaluate business qty, frequency of pickups, etc.

Actively seeking out new clients through cold calling, networking, store to store visits.

This position offers an industry-best, competitive salary.

What You’ll Do

1) Daily On-Site visits with Medium / Large Sized Corporates (All Industry Sectors).

2) Present, consult, sell Recykal services & platform.

3) Accurately maintain a full sales pipeline in Recycle.

4) Be an expert navigating the decision-making tree - how/who/when/why decisions are made.

5) Build and maintain your own pipeline through cold-calling and local networking events.

What We’re Looking For


1) B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals with the corporates.

2) A desire and commitment to become an expert in the recycling industry and our services.

3) Stellar Work-Ethic.

4) Comfortable working independently.

5) Exceptional time management skills.
