Reap is looking for a marketing specialist!
We at Reap are looking for motivated people, comfortable within a flexible early start-up environment, capable of taking initiative and driving new ideas forward.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll define the long term marketing strategy for Reap across digital, product, and content (to name a few) sub-verticals within the marketing function. Marketing is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design to enable growth Reap in the long term.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, collaborative marketer to join our fast-growing team. The role requires someone who thrives at understanding regional and local market needs and building strategies and tactics to drive growth, adoption, and advocacy. We’d love to chat if you have a strong bias to action and you care about doing what’s best for our customers, for Reap, and your team.

You will:
• Work closely with our marketing lead to define success on customer acquisition and retention on multiple channels
• Plan, test, grow. A testing mindset is your second nature. Since we’re a startup, you can plan tests that help prove your hypothesis, iterate and scale from there.
• Build initial digital performance management and measurement: Understand detailed marketing performance through every stage of the marketing funnel
