RealAssets is currently looking for a Digital/Social Marketing Manager with proven expertise in audience growth, influencer marketing, social media strategy and platforms and digital marketing strategy. The manager will be leading social and digital media strategy for Realassets and driving innovation for the brand. The candidate will work closely with CEO to shape creative and strategic recommendations for brand social strategy, influencer models and executions, and measurement. They will ensure influence and social activities and thinking are incorporated into integrated strategy and defining the role they play in Marketing plans. In addition, the candidate should analyze RealAssets’ portfolio and develop a strategy suited to a startup and be able to provide strategic input on how to increase RealAssets’ brand awareness, the manager will play a key role in driving thought leadership and for the team, developing content and recommendations on industry changes, new approaches to social and influence and next & new in social strategy, influence marketing, analytics and reporting. The manager should be a true team player with an innovation mindset and the ability to shape strategy that delivers measurable business results efficiently and effectively. You should have a passion for driving forward the company goals and have a strong macro view of the marketplace and social platforms.
i. Create plans to increase engagement with various customer types
a. Marketing measures has to be targeted towards the following personas
b. American High Net-worth Individual
c. Chinese High Net-Worth Individual
d. American High Net-Worth Millennial
e. Family Offices
f. Crypto High Net-Worth Investors
g. High Net-Worth Investors from Distressed Countries
h. Small Institutions & Investment Firms
ii. The candidate must go through all the existing materials and provide input on existing content as well as new content to be produced for all marketing & PR activities.
iii. Develop all materials and content needed for marketing purposes, content to increase consumer experience through RealAssets’ platform.
iv. The candidate has to prioritize leads management through plans to acquire, manage and increase leads for RealAssets’ through all marketing avenues.
v. Identify KPI and provide daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports and metrics data for all marketing efforts across all the platforms.
i. Master’s or Advanced Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required.
ii. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in consumer marketing with a focus on executing digital, social and influencer programs.
iii. Expert knowledge in social media marketing across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and google along with the expertise of tuning any campaign done on the above platforms being targeted to the right audience.
iv. Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting an expected brand standard and high bar for member service.
v. Ability to carry out leadership responsibilities according to company’s policies.
vi. Strong communications skills and the ability to articulate clearly in both written and verbal delivery methods.
vii. Experience in preparing and delivering formal presentations and reports is required.
viii. Strong ability to build relationships with diverse groups, business representatives and leaders, as well as community liaisons.
ix. Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting an expected brand standard and high bar for member service.
x. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance divergent projects, adapt to changes and prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
xi. Collaborative, striving to partner cross-functionally to build the best solutions.
xii. Ability to read, analyze and interpret data and understand and communicate complex and diverse information, and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the public.
xiii. Ability to make practical and timely decisions and explain reasoning for decisions.
xiv. Knowledge of CRM, Website designing, MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, web design and new media technologies preferred.
