Spectrum is looking for a Business Development Rep thats excited about AI, early stage startups and quickly growing their sales career into a closing role.

What you’ll do:
* Generate and qualifying leads in Enterprise target accounts
* Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through various outbound channels to increase customer interest, and awareness of the Spectrums solutions
* Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every touchpoint
* Partner with our Head of Revenue to build pipeline and grow your sales acumen
* Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business

You’re a great fit if you…
* You have 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using marketing content to drive leads and responding to inbound interest
* You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* You are eager to have a significant impact on the growth of an early stage start up
* You have high energy and a positive attitude
* You are enthusiastic about learning the AI space and working with companies across Gaming, Dating, Marketplaces and Social Networks
* You have intellectual curiosity and high ambition
* You want to move into closing sales role in the near term
