Requirements
One of RateSetter's key paths to market is by its third party vendors and Brokers. Following some amazing product improvements and great hires, our team is now achieving record performance almost every month. Our marketing team has been supporting them with useful marketing and design collateral, but we are now looking for an expert B2B marketer to partner closely with our sales team and build a clear marketing journey for our third party customers.
Highlights
* You’ll be responsible for driving growth in our Broker, Automotive and Renewable Energy Finance channels through highly engaging inbound and outbound B2B marketing initiatives
* You’ll work closely with channel owners and product managers to define the marketing mix and communications required to keep RateSetter top of mind, including product launches, updates and seasonal promotions
* You’ll work on dedicated projects to improve engagement with brokers and installers, including rolling out new partner programs and a low touch referral model
* Role reports directly to the CMO and will manage and grow a team
What you’ll be doing
* Work with channel owners and product managers to plan and deliver best in class marketing programs to acquire, nurture and engage our broker and merchant base
* Plan, manage and deliver an integrated marketing program that supports acquisition and engagement activities across our personal, car and renewable energy loan products through third party channels
* Lead the development and optimisation of brand collateral and marketing tools (e.g. calculators) to meet the needs of each channel and improve engagement with prospective customers at the point of sale
* Manage RateSetter’s presence at industry and partner events
* Build partnerships with aggregators and large partners to drive high engagement and opportunities to speak with their active member base more often
* Content ideation, creation and distribution
About you
* Demonstrated success in a B2B marketing role in a fast scaling business
* Proven record of delivering measurable results that drive business growth
* Experience work in start up or scale up environment highly desirable
* Strong email marketing and event management experience
* Demonstrated experience using data, research and analytics to surface opportunities for business partners
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
