Rapidus is looking for an experienced Sales Rep to join the team at Rapidus. Our customers often describe us "Uber for courier deliveries" and we are disrupting local delivery by focusing B2B couriers in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Denver, and Seattle areas.

#1 requirement is being an entrepreneur. So it's not your typical Inside Sales role with the "dialer" as a primary goal. (But you will have to do 50-100+ of cold-calls daily - your primary focus in new business generation.)

#2 is your priority of Customer Development. Know your customer, understand use cases, become an advocate of "consultative selling" approach, relate to the challenge, be able to identify and communicate inefficiencies and gaps in the current process, highlight company differentiation and unique value proposition, position solution favorably to address the gaps and bring improvement to the business.

#3 is being an excellent Communicator. Communication skills and rapport are critical.

#4 OWN the process end-to-end process. Lead generation, qualification, prospecting, cold calling, following up, closing, account management, and more. Define the process and own your sales process.

#5 is selling, that comes last but not the least. We'll teach you a lot about our customers, lead generation, personas, and org structures, and then it's all up to you to take that knowledge and deliver more business.

This is a quota-carrying position with the base, commission, and equity, with your take-home highly dependent on your performance.
