This is a remote field position

This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to bring your demonstrated acumen and experience to a real company with a real product. Your responsibilities will span several areas as noted below. As you demonstrate your value to the company, your compensation package will be adjusted to grow and reflect the company’s growth and profitability.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage the company’s internal database of current and prospective customers
-Seek out and implement co-marketing relationships with strategic partners

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Follow-up on sales leads and inquiries
-Manage customer expectations and questions
-Close sales
-Provide Level-1 customer service and support for each new customer adoption of our technology
-Generate sales reports for senior management
-Attend weekly sales meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Sales into the life science industry strongly preferred.
-Experience with a CRM program (SalesForce preferred)
-Be comfortable working in a start-up environment (self-starter, highly organized)
-Be an expert using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and be familiar with database programs
-Have excellent grammar, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Be able to professionally interact with customers and deal with customer issues
-Have at least two years of sales experience closing B2B sales with customer
-Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail
-Be available for work between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
