Rammer.ai is an early-stage AI platform that enables existing businesses and products to integrate meeting intelligence in their workflows. We are looking for this person to lead our success metrics and revenue targets with our existing customers, identify new up-sell opportunities, develop long-lasting relationships and work with the founders to strategize the sales targets. We would also expect them to work very closely with the CTO or Senior Tech Expert in quickly getting and iterating on product changes to implement the feedback - making sure that we create a love-able experience with our both customers and end-users.

We are hiring some of the first positions in the US complimenting the 9 member growing team in India. This position requires the motivation to learn about Voice and AI Technologies used in Human to Human conversations amongst knowledge workers and you will be expected to learn about the API platform to answer queries first hand and solve any customer issues around configuration and find answers to deeper technical questions with the help of the team. You will also contribute to customer enablement by helping to improve our Knowledge Base articles and create the content needed for customers for their marketing teams that outlines the value of the product.

What you will be doing :

-Provide high-touch support to assist clients with product functionality/technical questions
-Actively work to master the Language Insights platform, grasp new concepts and technologies quickly, and understand our integrations layer.
-Create/Suggest updates to the product documentation to make it more relevant, clear, and concise
-Communicate customer feedback internally to improve product and work closely with Product/Tech.
-Communicate sales/revenue opportunities with the CEO and work closely to moving customers from PoCs to Productions with commercial contracts.

What you need to have in order to be successful in this role :

-Master the Language Insights Platform and the third party components
-Work independently
-Customer-centricity
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Describing technical concepts to a non-technical audience
-Attention to detail
-Effective prioritization and multitasking
-Good content writing for customers to explain the workflows, value proposition and other as needed.
-Ability to switch context between several customers at the same time
-Super agile in working
-Ok to work in a planned or unplanned scenario
-Work and Deliver faster than possible overtime to perfection

Preferred Experience & Skills :

-Familiar with tools needed for ticketing, support, content creation, asset management
-Understanding of creating P&L, negotiating price points with customers and closing deals as needed
-Experience working with SaaS products, preferred if any background with -Productivity Products
-Understanding of communication and collaboration ecosystem
-Good understanding of English Grammar
-Preferred experience with data analysis and AI
