The B2B MARKETING COORDINATOR, RCLON (For Rakuten Rewards Group) will support our Sales team to build the most rewarding online to offline offer network. You will drive the creation of sales collateral and partner communications to articulate our vision, value and promotional opportunities to both merchants and publishers, effectively and efficiently winning new business and growing existing accounts. The role is partially client facing and candidates should be comfortable with interactions at senior levels of an organization at national brands.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and exhibit marketing, sales and creative skills.

The B2B MARKETING COORINDATOR, RCLON (For Rakuten Rewards Group) will report to the SENIOR DIRECTOR, SALES OPERATIONS, RCLON.

Day to Day

* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to develop a sales collateral strategy that is forward looking and delivers value.
* Create sell sheets to communicate the platform, our publishers and our promotional opportunities to a variety of audiences (internal and external).
* Assist with the creation of presentations and pitch decks.
* Create and execute a merchant communication plan that keeps our partners informed and engaged with the platform.
* Manage the publisher launch process from a sales operations perspective, including working with external partners and driving merchant adoption.
* Update internal databases and leverage internal tools to enable campaign execution.
* Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
* Support Sales throughout the sales and client renewal process.
* Support Sales and Client Services with ad hoc requests.

Big Picture

You will be working with Sales and Marketing on a daily basis to ensure that our merchant and publisher partners understand the value of our program and the opportunities we offer. You will be an internal expert on our publisher partners, products and promotions and understand how to work across them to drive growth. Through your efforts, our Sales team will maintain extraordinary merchant and publisher retention rates and be able to focus on bringing more partners into the network.

Qualifications

* BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design or relevant field
* 2-4 years proven work experience in a Marketing or Sales organization
* Hands-on experience with CRM software
* Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task several projects
* Strong written and verbal cross-functional communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Strong work ethic and high energy
* Attention to detail and ability to catch errors & suggest solutions
* Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
* Comfortable working with and learning new technology
