RACEnergy is a start-up building smart electric powertrains. You'll be one of the early engineers to join our team and you should be ready to wear multiple hats. As we grow, you should able to learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to expand your role.

Responsibilities:
- Performing selections of components and developing Schematics and PCB design files for different parts of the system, such as: DC-DC power converters, galvanic isolation interfaces, analog and digital sensor inputs, communication interfaces, processor and control logic, onboard diagnostics, logging memory, etc.

- Selection of components which must be in compliance with the automotive industry standards, in terms of EMC, ESD, safety, vibrations, environmental, and other automotive requirements.

- Working closely with Mechanical Engineers during the integration of PCB into the housing regarding the positioning, electrical routing, thermal constraints and other environmental requirements.

- Assemble components on the PCB and debug hardware issues.

- You will define tests and conduct them at the in-house test facilities, external laboratory houses and perform field testing on test object to validate design functionality of the prototypes and the final device.

Skills required:
PCB Design using any CAD tool (up to 4 layers); SMD Soldering

Qualifications:
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar disciplines
- At least 1 year of work experience

Other requirements:
- Should be able to understand datasheet and make schematic from it
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits
