ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in handling a group/team of over 60 employees.
- Proficient in Excel reporting and analyzing data for stake holders (internal/external)
- Experience or Knowledge of Capacity Planning, Cross-skilling & Effective WFM.
- Skilled at Client Interactions and ability to project performance data with client and/or project head.
- Experienced at diffusing customer escalations (L3 Support)
- Adapt at Technological advancements and applications that will help make business more efficient
- Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies.
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership as well as stewardship, Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy, in consultation with the Manager.
- Lead a high-performance team to the next level by further developing marketing and retention strategies.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations goals.
- Implement improved Process and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
- Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets as set by the Manager Business Operations.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees and ensure a continuous improvement in their performance & accuracy.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Finance & Vendors), through efficient coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Proven experience as Team Leader/ Manager.
- Proven experience with Enterprise customers.
- Years of experience – 4 - 5 years
- Go-Getter / Self- Driven Individual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
