The Role

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Experience in handling a group/team of over 60 employees.
  2. Proficient in Excel reporting and analyzing data for stake holders (internal/external)
  3. Experience or Knowledge of Capacity Planning, Cross-skilling & Effective WFM.
  4. Skilled at Client Interactions and ability to project performance data with client and/or project head.
  5. Experienced at diffusing customer escalations (L3 Support)
  6. Adapt at Technological advancements and applications that will help make business more efficient
  7. Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies.
  8. Provide effective and inspiring leadership as well as stewardship, Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process.
  9. Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy, in consultation with the Manager.
  10. Lead a high-performance team to the next level by further developing marketing and retention strategies.
  11. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations goals.
  12. Implement improved Process and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
  13. Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets as set by the Manager Business Operations.
  14. Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees and ensure a continuous improvement in their performance & accuracy.
  15. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Finance & Vendors), through efficient coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  16. Perform other related duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Graduate (any stream)
  2. Proven experience as Team Leader/ Manager.
  3. Proven experience with Enterprise customers.
  4. Years of experience – 4 - 5 years
  5. Go-Getter / Self- Driven Individual.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  7. Excellent organizational skills
  8. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
