Under this role, you will be working with the QuillAudits team; As a result of our industry-leading and quality assured services, we have helped 1000+ web3 projects to eliminate serious security threats and have secured $30B+ in total value locked.

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team at QuillAudits as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in blockchain to identify new sales leads, pitch products/services and conduct comprehensive organizational research. If you are passionate about using blockchain to drive business growth, build connections with industry leaders, and excel in a rapidly evolving market, we want to hear from you!

*What you'll do: *

Sales Cycle Management:
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals.

Exploring Blockchain Projects:
Stay ahead by identifying upcoming blockchain initiatives and potential partnerships.

Meeting Monthly Sales Targets:
Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales goals consistently.

Business Development Activities:
Execute various business development tasks to nurture client relationships and drive new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies and offerings.

*What we are looking for: *

  • Web3 Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Web3 sales.
  • Industry knowledge: Good knowledge of web3, blockchain, crypto currencies and software/IT/consulting industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in the English language.
  • Passion for direct sales: Proven ability to pitch products/services and support the sales process.
  • Networking skills: Ability to build and leverage a strong network to identify and pursue business prospects.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors and key players in the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done
