Quill.org is a mission-driven nonprofit that is building digital literacy tools powered by machine learning. We are looking for an experienced school success director who will drive growth by leading Quill's account management and implementation processes for schools and districts.

Here are some facts about Quill:

As the director of school success, you will help Quill build strong relationships with schools and districts. You will lead a team of individuals providing instructional coaching and professional development to teachers through both on-site and remote training sessions. Using a set of metrics that measure school success, you will help identify which schools are successful in reaching their goals and which schools need additional support. Working with the school success team, you will define strategies to help schools build a culture of expository writing. You will serve as the point person for administrators and principals of key strategic partner schools, and you will work with Quill's foundation partners and leadership team to accelerate academic engagement and school success.
