To make matters worse, brands are increasingly struggling with how to measure consumer authenticity in a world of massively fake content (for example, CBS news reports 52% of product reviews on Walmart and 30% of reviews on Amazon are fake). Enter Qbit. We are the industry’s preeminent experiential insights platform that uses AI to transform “open ended” consumer feedback into actionable insights. We launched earlier this year and our paying customers already include national brands and publicly traded companies. We need your help to scale!

The Opportunity:

Selling when you don’t believe in what you’re selling, is soul crushing. But selling when you know you’ve got a true pain killer solution for your prospect that they can’t get anywhere else is thrilling and immensely rewarding. Now before you read any further, we want to be completely up front that, initially, this is a commission-based position only. We fully expect (but cannot guarantee) to convert this to a base salary + commission position upon the company achieving certain milestones. So, in addition to attaining priceless, career defining experiences, what else is your reward for joining our cadre of thrill-seekers? Uncapped commission – the more you sell, the more you make. The Role:

• Research, target, engage and build relationships with industry leaders and decision makers (Director Level, VP, C-Suite, etc.) across multiple industry verticals
• Employ friendly, authentic strategies to get prospects to open up about their pain points
• Tirelessly and creatively hustle those prospects into leads
• Sell solutions not just benefits; enthusiastically and knowledgeably demo Qbit
• Employ polite persistence to move prospects into customers
• Execute a variety of outbound lead generation campaigns
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Measure and iterate on everything you do to keep bringing up your game

What Makes You Perfect for the Role:

• A natural born closer: you could sell hair care products to Patrick Stewart. You live for the thrill of the close but you also deeply value building genuine relationships with customers
• An authentic people-person: you have previous customer facing and direct sales experience and are comfortable engaging C-Suite executives to interns
• A data driven doer: you inform your strategy and execution using metrics and KPI’s
• An entrepreneur: you possess a high level of energy, hustle, motivation, and drive; you can work within undefined processes
• An articulate communicator: you have a strong attention to detail: from in-person to phone calls, to emails - you get the right point across in all situations
• An experimenter: you're curious to try out new tools & processes, measuring their effectiveness and making the business case for which can add real value
• A juggler: you're highly organized and can prioritize competing initiatives, requests and time sensitive obligations
