We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join the team. We have a long history of building marketing and ecommerce solutions for our clients on and around platforms like Marketo, Magento, Salesforce, Hubspot and more. We also believe strongly that partnering with other agencies where we can deliver complementary services to clients is critical to delivering the best digital solutions possible. The Pyxl Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing the partners and programs that will drive quarterly sales targets to support our aggressive growth goals.


The right candidate will be relentless and creative with a desire to build an industry-leading partner program between Pyxl and a group of highly-targeted partners that together can deliver Pyxl clients the best digital solutions available. This position requires an individual who brings passion, determination and competitiveness to a team-oriented environment. A major driver of this position is its responsibility for identifying, generating and growing partner relationships that result in sustainable, predictable revenue.



Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy

Build out the programs and materials necessary to develop and nurture strong partnerships

Manage revenue forecast and targets with all partners

Organize and drive joint sales activities between Pyxl and Partners, including joint funnel management

Engage all levels of the partners’ organizations – inspire and influence them to partner and deliver joint propositions

Understand partners’ decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives

Develop shared business plans with key partners, collaborating with other functions


Requirements:

5+ years extensive sales and partner experience and a proven, demonstrable, track record in driving substantial growth in partner relationships

Strong understanding of digital marketing, web marketing, design and development processes.

An influential leader with outstanding people skills

Organized, capable of handling multiple tactical items while never losing sight of longer term strategic goals

Experience working at marketing and/or digital marketing agencies or other services companies is a big plus.

Experience with sales, marketing and Ecommerce platforms and providers is a plus.
