Regional Sales Executive$165k – $200k

What he needs is a team of like-minded individuals to help him drive our big growth plans.
We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Executive in Nashville, TN with experience in digital services, who is entrepreneurial minded, has experience in B2B sales and seeks to make $200,000+ annually in on-target earnings with no cap on upside. This is an opportunity to be a part of a strong, proven, growing brand expanding in an existing market. You will have significant referenceable customers and case studies to assist your sales efforts.
This position will give you the opportunity to pitch and sell digital services to large and mid-size companies with a team of talented designers, developers and strategists behind you, that will deliver high quality websites, applications and digital marketing campaigns.
This position is responsible for identifying and generating sales within an assigned geographic region. The right candidate will be motivated by exceeding sales quotas, bringing in exciting projects and brands, and making a lot of money.
Must be comfortable sourcing your own deals and building a pipeline in your region. You will have assistance for quoting/proposal creation, a strong team to support your pitches and access to the Pyxl leadership team for executive-level pitches.
Success in this role will be defined by exceeding sales goals.
This position has commission opportunities that can more-than double your base salary with on-target achievement.
Develop a sales strategy that maps to sales targets
Maintain weekly sales pipeline and forecast
Generate new business by leveraging existing relationships, cold calling and following up on inbound leads
Present web development and strategic marketing plans to large and mid-sized businesses
4+ years of sales experience
2+ years of W2s documenting previous years’ performance of $1m+
Experience selling to and partnering with large companies
Experience working at marketing and/or digital marketing agencies or other services companies is a big plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web marketing, design and development processes is a big plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to convey information and ideas in clear and meaningful manner
Experience closing deals at $100k+
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
Comfortable with relationship building, networking and cold outreach
Ability to identify client needs and areas of opportunity to improve their experience through the application of Pyxl services
