PwC’s Worldtrade Management Services (WMS) advises clients in every industry on customs and international trade regulatory issues. The international trade environment, with its varying trade rules, regulations and compliance requirements presents an exciting and challenging career opportunity that offers great cross-border exposure.

Roles and responsibilities of manager position:

• You will be involved in coordination and delivery of a wide range of projects for PwC and the WMS team in your territory and in conjunction with other WMS teams across the East Asia region.

• Client projects typically require knowledge of customs valuation & classification, Free Trade Agreements, import / export compliance and trade strategy development. You will be expected to identify and deliver savings opportunities as well as compliance improvements.

• You are also expected take on a proactive role in planning and executing practice improvement, business development, and other initiatives to develop the WMS business.

*Preferred background *

1. Candidates should have at least 4 years of customs and trade professional experience in consulting or in industry.
2. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced changing environment.
3. Bilingual language ability in written and spoken Mandarin and English
4. A desire to pursue a career in the field of customs and international trade.
