Studio Manager, Malaysia

• Oversee all aspects of projects including the following:
• Collaborate with local and regional HR teams to oversee overall HR and office issues for the country such as facilities, equipment, supplies, licensing, logistics, security, insurance.
• Responsible for all regular and adhoc operational reports as and when required.
• Conduct regular reviews with respective service providers and stakeholders to achieve a well-balanced optimization of quality, service and cost effectiveness while meeting business needs.
• Provide constant feedback to the team including performance appraisals.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Planning and scheduling of resources.

• Budgeting and monitoring of progress and status.

• Risk analysis management.

• Troubleshoot problems and issues.

• Liaison with external customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project and office management with prior exposure in handling HR and payroll issues as a supervisor.
• Strong time management, project management and organization skills.
• Good communication (in English) and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset.
• Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
• Possess a high level of integrity & discretion.
• Self-driven personality and team player.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
