We are a London based company, however we are flexible on location and working remotely.

We are a mental health start-up that develops psycho-education game apps with a mission to build the best digital tools to empower people with psychological skills and concepts that improve their emotional intelligence and fitness.

We are currently on the Techstars Berlin program, have won numerous awards and been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch and other media publications, printed and online.

We are partnered with a leading US games studio and are looking for an additional Unity 3D Developer to join our growing team for iterative develop of out app eQuoo, currently on the Apple App Store, Google Play and Amazon app stores

You will bring end-to-end game development experience and proven methods to solidify the foundation of our game development approach, produce code and be a source of knowledge related to game development. You will work directly with the CTO, the game production team as well as growth, game design, art teams to produce games but also with our data platform to help shape the features needed to optimize game play at scale.

We want a developer who likes learning new things, expanding horizons whilst making an impact with their passion of building great games for mental health.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Conception and development of mobile games, based on C# and Unity
• Continuous refinement and optimization of our existing apps eQuoo.
• Conception of APIs, SDKs, tools, and workflows to optimise the interdisciplinary work
• Providing input to improve game design
• Produce quality, readable, and well-tested code
• Research, suggest and implement the best technologies and solutions

Skills & Experience
• Experience of development experience on Unity3D platform
• Excellent in fundamentals of scripting, animation, GUI, UX, and user data management on mobile client devices
• Experience in graphics on Unity platform both in 2D, and possibly 3D
• Familiar with iOS and Android development platforms
• Literacy of Objective-C and Java
• Previously used and implemented third-party APIs / SDKs, Rest APIs in a mobile client
• A portfolio of mobile games already built and published as a developer
