Provakil is looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales team in New Delhi managing sales in the North Region.

Key Responsibilities
Become a legal tech expert- understand Provakil’s core capabilities, market trends and customer's business to identify opportunities

Build a direct sales team across to enable sales across 7 states across North India

Build strong sales pipeline and inside sales process for the two customer segments - corporates and individual lawyers

Build a strong customer success and customer service team for operations in North India

Work with the corporate sales teams to drive closure and deployment for large accounts

Accurately forecast and manage your lead pipeline, sales activity and revenue realization

Target setting and goal planning for the sales organization in North India

Drive networking and partnerships with Bar Councils and other organizations

Build a network of channel partners for driving indirect sales channels

Attend industry conferences and events to network with potential customers

Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and organisational teams

Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience in business development and sales. Software sales experience will be a plus.

Prior startup experience will be a big plus.

Experience in managing sales teams.

Demonstrable consistent track record in a BD/Sales role.

Outstanding negotiator with strong interpersonal, presentation and solution selling skills

Strong technical aptitude to marry business needs with technology

SaaS Software Product Selling experience and understanding of SaaS Sales cycle will be a plus
