We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a whole load of enthusiasm. You'll be the face of the business in the customers' first touch points with Proportunity. Your day will see you answering customers' questions, and taking calls and live chat conversation. You'll be ready to provide guidance and knowledge to customers at a key moment of their life - buying a first home.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be capable of understanding financial concepts, explaining the benefits of our products, and adapting fast to business needs. You'll have the chance to feed back to the product team, and help us improve our customer experience.

You'll need to be ambitious, hard-working, and excited to collaborate with our talented team.

Essential skills & attributes

Some relevant experience in a customer-facing role, with a high degree of interaction via phone, email and chat
Great listener and able to empathise with the customer
The ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way
Ready to solve problems and draw on relevant resources to do so
Happy working in a start-up environment
A team player dedicated to helping others
Proactive and with a can-do mindset
A passion for property and/or fintech and want to explore this industry as a career choice
Comfortable working outside of the 9-5

Helpful skills & attributes

Analytical mindset, able to understand and tackle different company priorities
Experience working in a tech-first environment
Experience in event delivery
Comfortable using social media
Knowledge of the home-buying process
