Senior Associate - Sales/Investor Relations

What You'll Do:

Raise capital for selected Property Share products and strategies
Effectively manage all new and existing leads generated for you by developing a strategy for prompt and ongoing follow up.
Form, maintain and enhance relationships with potential and existing investors
Communicate with potential investors on a regular basis
Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
Travel to investor events as required
Engage with investors and borrowers via inbound and outbound calls, responding to their inquiries which may include providing product and service level guidance
Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various customer inquiries via email and phone
Research customer issues and communicate the solution to the customer
Collaborate with our various teams on complex customer requests

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Broad based knowledge and understanding of finance and/or real estate
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Experience engaging with new and current clients via phone
Ability to address and alleviate client concerns
Strong listening skills
Obsessive attention to detail, with a reliable, consistent and positive approach to work
Excellent customer satisfaction reputation
Capability to multitask in a face-paced environment
A team-oriented attitude
A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in inside sales. Private wealth experience is a plus
Experience with CRM softwares is preferred but not required.
Commercial real estate investment knowledge desired
