Senior Associate, Investments

Description: Work closely with senior investment team to evaluate investment opportunities that fit Property Share's credit and investing criteria. You will report to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Responsibilities:

• Source, analyze, underwrite, diligence, close and monitor commercial transactions on both debt and equity basis
• Analyse investment risks, growth opportunities, asset quality and projected returns
• Prepare investment notes for investors for both debt and equity
• Conduct diligence on the investment property including working with lawyers, brokers and accountants
• Create detailed excel models analysing the opportunity including sensitivity tables
• Liaise with brokers, property consultants on a day-to-day basis to find new investment opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Tech team to coordinate listing, funding and asset management

Indicative Candidate Profile:

• At least a bachelor's degree with top academic credentials. MBA is a plus.
• 1-2 years real estate or investment experience
• Strong quant skills including MS excel and MS powerpoint
• Motivated, proactive, hard worker willing to put all hours to get the job done
• Comfortable with working in a start-up in a dynamic environment
