Head of Software Sales (Newport Beach or Remote)

PropBidder is a rapidly growing real estate technology startup, providing real estate agents and realtors with web-based software to plan, manage, and participate in a variety of online bidding and offer processes. Through PropBidder's online marketplace for homes and condos, agents and realtors can carry out offer and negotiation processes with far greater speed and less back-and-forth among their sellers, buyers, and buyers agents.

We are looking to bring on a Head of Software Sales position in order to build our customer pipeline of agents and realtors across the entire US, lead product demos, onboard new customers, assist/manage ongoing customer support, and communicate new product features to existing customer base. We are based in Newport Beach, but are open to candidates joining us locally or remotely.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of software sales experience.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who gets things done.
• You engage well with a wide range of people in almost any setting.
• You are comfortable communicating and conversing with prospects and existing customers via phone, Zoom, email, and in-person.
• You are capable of leading 100+ product demos per week, lasting 15-20 minutes each.
• Track referrals, recommendations, and customer feedback, to be shared with the broader team.
• Develop and refine existing sales strategy to accelerate growth and extend reach.
• Real estate technology and residential brokerage experience preferred, but not required. Passion for this sector, however, is required.

Compensation:

• Salary: $50K-$125K
• Bonus: $25K-$100K
• Equity: Negotiable
