Proctorio is a fully automated, remote proctoring service that provides a scalable, cost-effective solution to securing exam content, protecting academic integrity, and validating test-taker identities & activity during online exams. Proctorio’s customizable exam settings allow instructors to set-up unscheduled, on-demand exam proctoring specific to their assessment needs. Proctorio levels the playing field for test-takers by increasing accountability, deterring cheating, and promoting a culture of integrity while improving learning outcomes.

We are a small company that’s growing fast! Joining our team, now, is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of something big. We’re looking for bright-eyed candidates who understand the vision and want to be a part of a rapidly-evolving industry.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Scottsdale, AZ. You must be authorized to work in the US. The salary range for this position is between $30,000 - $50,000.

In this position, you will…

Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing the blog/website content.

Monitor industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to director weekly.

Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.

Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Manage social media channels– linking research, conference engagement and original content.

Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Work on projects to grow qualified traffic to our blogs/website and apply SEO strategies to improve rankings, click-through rate, and engagement.

Organize the creation and iteration of blog calls to action and potential landing pages with an eye on conversion.

Assist with Press Releases

Conduct keyword research and plan creative and shareable topics for blog content that is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for our clients’ experience.

Help with promotions efforts for key pieces of content including blog posts, videos and more.

Stay up-to-date on changes in SEO so that we can continually produce top-performing content in an ever-evolving search landscape.

Help out the marketing team in any areas needed (we’re a small but fast growing company after all!)

You have many of the following…

Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and research skills

Basic knowledge of Hubspot or Similar

Basic knowledge of SEO

Experience coordinating many projects at once, with strong attention to detail

Experience interpreting, collecting, and analyzing data with good Google

Sheets skills

Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS

A growth mindset and a curiosity to learn more about marketing, SEO, business, and the edtech sector

A passion for making a difference and leveling the education playing field

Extra credit if you…

Have written blog posts or managed a content calendar.

Have worked in educational technology

Have experience with Google Analytics and/or SEO analytics tools

An ear for good storytelling/how to construct a narrative

Have worked in video production
