Proctorio is looking for quality assurance engineers to join our team in Belgrade. We are looking for someone to help us improve and build upon the world’s leading fully automated proctoring solution.
We are currently designing and building a disruptive cloud-based technology with the potential to change the face of higher education and human potential worldwide. Our platform connects to hundreds of thousands of students in 200 countries in real-time and uses the latest AI and ML technologies to ensure that the integrity of test-taking is not compromised.
Responsibilities:
- Be obsessive about user experience, consistent and polished functionalities.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to plan, test and release stunning user experiences.
- Work closely with our engineering to test concurrently with feature development.
- Contribute in an agile iteration by driving user story analysis and feature grooming, designing and developing thorough test-cases and test scenarios.
- Ensure excellent application usability through careful manual testing.
- Create and maintain automated tests running in a continuous integration environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years cumulative software testing experience
- Experience writing test-cases.
- Experience in automated tests and automation frameworks not required, considered as bonus.
- Essential understanding of web technologies – HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Excellent customer focused communication capabilities
- Proven expertise in supporting, troubleshooting and configuring SaaS products
