At Privacy.com we're reimagining the way consumers and businesses transact using ephemeral payment card numbers to protect your personal information and a one-click checkout experience everywhere online.

We're a 17-person, rapidly growing venture-backed company looking for our first office manager. As we double in size over the next year, you’ll help us expand our culture, scale a laidback and inclusive work environment, and ensure our office runs just as smoothly at 40 people as it did at 10 people.

Your primary responsibility is making sure our office is a great environment to work in, but you’ll wear many hats and be an integral part in shaping the company culture.

Some of the specific things you’ll help with:

Administrative tasks: You’ll assist execs in administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and running errands per the needs of the business. You’ll also take notes in meetings when needed and assist in drafting internal comms, ensuring they are on-brand and engaging.

Office & vendor management: You’ll be responsible for helping arrange maintenance and improvements to the office, managing the cleaning team, and buying office supplies. Maintain awareness of office facilities, their functionality/condition, and anticipate fixes. Vendor management, negotiation and budget control will be a core part of your role. You’ll help ensure we get the best deal for office perks and team benefits!

Culture & community building: You’ll be given a budget and be responsible for organizing team events, activities, knowledge shares, and meetups to foster a connected community.

Event organization: from karaoke and boardgames to team outings and offsites, you'll be responsible for creating a program that keeps folks engaged and developing personally and socially.

Generalist HR Duties:
* Sourcing, outreach, and general recruiting tasks
* Assist in onboarding new team members
* Special projects for People initiatives

* You have a no task is too small (or too big) mentality - you’re willing to run errands, answer customer support requests, or wear different hats as needed
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
