A headless CMS with an API and a CDN
By allowing them to use the technologies, frameworks, and languages that they prefer we allow developers, designers, and content creators to do their best work, but it also means that every client project is a little bit different.
...and that leads to a lot of questions. And that's where you'd come in.
We're looking for a Solution Engineer who can interact and engage with our clients on a daily basis. Let's be clear here, when we say engineer, we mean engineer. We're looking for someone who can really walk-the-walk, talk-the-talk, and...solution-the-solution.
Your job will be to map projects and identify stakeholders and ensure that every stage of their project runs smoothly - from tech onboarding right through to supporting the live project.
This means that not only will you be there to help them solve problems, but you will also help us to better understand their requirements, produce the materials and resources they need, and make sure that every customer gets the most out of Prismic.
Although we aren't looking for a specific background, you definitely need to have some technical training and experience and it would be a real advantage if you are familiar with Prismic.
Don't panic if you don't, we are always happy to hire people capable of learning new skills (we almost prefer it), but experience with (at least some of) the languages, frameworks, and technologies that Prismic users use is necessary (this is where we throw in keywords like Gatsby, React, Nuxt, Next, Vue, JS...you get it...).
We're looking for a rockstar engineer with an entrepreneurial attitude...no, ok, we're not going to say all of that stuff.
We don't always know exactly what we are looking for, but we know that we'll know it when we see it, but here are a few key essentials:
- Native English speaker
- Engineering or technical background with a solid foundation in the technologies used by Prismic users (check our docs and our YouTube channel)
- Resourceful with an ability to problem-solve, understand user needs, update docs and materials
- Willingness to challenge and be challenged (it happens a lot here)
- Team player. We know that sounds a bit meaningless, but this is a role where you will have to work closely with our clients and all of the other teams within Prismic - so it really is important that you enjoy working with others
Most importantly we want someone who is resourceful, eager to learn, and willing to be patient and understanding with clients as they help them with their projects.
The position is based in Paris and we don't allow remote work, but you will be joining a fun and relaxed international team with a lot of benefits to offer (lunch vouchers, free snacks and drinks, regular team events, and plenty more).
