Our team is passionate about making the $400BN legal industry more transparent and efficient. We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Client Associate or Manager to join our collaborative, fast-paced team based out of NYC.

About the Role

As a Client Associate/Manager, you will work with the Client and Attorney Teams to ensure clients are supported at each stage of the project cycle. Reporting directly to the Client Director, you will be responsible for client account management and expansion as well as guiding the day-to-day operation of our platform and ensuring the smooth launch and operation of new client projects.

You will

  • Build long term lasting client relationships across multiple accounts to become a trusted advisor and ensure client retention and account growth
  • Act as the go-to point of contact to ensure clients understand and enjoy the Priori process, from initial account signup to submitting RFPs, reviewing proposals, hiring attorneys, billing/invoicing and project close
  • Review RFPs submitted through our platform, working with clients to ensure they have provided the required information to successfully match them with outside counsel
  • Fill client RFPs using Priori’s proprietary technology and vetted attorney network
  • Facilitate client and lawyer communications across projects
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues on the platform, escalating as necessary and driving issues to resolution
  • Act as client liaison to manage feedback and work with internal teams to proactively identify ways to improve the platform and overall client experience
  • Participate in testing new and updated features and provide feedback

About You

  • Minimum 4 year undergraduate degree (J.D. desired not required)
  • 3 - 5 years professional experience as a paralegal or in a client account role with prolonged exposure or interest in the legal industry
  • Executive presence and confidence speaking and communicating with lawyers and senior executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “no job too small” mentality
  • Interest in technology and the legal industry

Location
The ideal candidate is based in the tri-state area and able to travel into the office in New York City as required. Remote candidates will be considered.
