The Project Manager will be working with department heads and team members to ensure the successful and timely completion of multiple company projects. The Project Manager will maintain individual and team accountability and project momentum, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have high-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills while also being willing to roll up their sleeves to lend a hand at any level needed. Key responsibilities include presenting status reports, maintaining clear communication, and streamlining project execution while driving operational efficiencies. During this process build and optimize sustainable framework for future project completion.


• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working with department heads and team members to ensure that tasks are being completed and projects are moving forward to meet benchmarks, targets, and deadlines. Using overall knowledge, effectively identify and prioritize competing business needs and come up with creative solutions that align with business goals. Know when to bring the team together to agree on procedures and solutions so that everyone is on the same page and knows how to best contribute.

• Communication: Check in with team members often to facilitate clear and consistent communication. It will be critical to proactively address and any roadblocks and properly allocate individual time and energy in the most efficient way to avoid redundancy and maximize overall productivity. Keep lines of communication open and gather feedback from individuals and the group as a whole.

• Planning and Execution: Use strong organizational and time management skills to have a pulse on all facets, big and small, of each project to track progress. Utilize formal project management techniques and technology platforms to build out project timelines and benchmarks. In coordination with key team members, define tasks and predict obstacles and prioritize goals to set the team up for success.

• Optimization and Implementation: Gather insights from both successful and unsuccessful parts of each project, both during the project and as a post-mortem analysis to constantly optimize processes. Evaluate the efficacy of the process to build sustainable and scalable frameworks for future project completion (templates, workflows, etc).

• Driving Operational Efficiencies: Create the foundation for efficient growth by streamlining core processes to reduce redundancy and waste while ensuring high-quality outputs. Skillfully leverage resources to ensure favorable returns and measure operational efficiency using financials, outputs, quality and effectiveness of work. Deliver cost-effective outcomes to best utilize the workforce, technology and other business processes, driving margins and performance.

• Tracking and Status Updates: Lead meetings to update team members and keep individuals accountable to timelines and ensure quality work. Build out a system to track multiple projects moving forward at once while keeping stakeholders informed with regular status updates and relevant metrics.


• Bachelor’s Degree, PMP certification is a plus

• 3+ years of experience leading teams and coordinating cross-departmentally, taking a leadership position to keep employees motivated and implement decisions

• Proficiency in platforms and tools to streamline and organize processes such as Gantt charts, Asana, Basecamp, etc.

• Strong organization and time management skills, proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple different tasks at once

Position is located in Los Angeles, CA.
