Our client, a fast-growing SaaS startup company that is rapidly revolutionizing the interaction customers have with the brands and products they buy, is expanding their sales team and is looking for top-performing Sales professionals like you.Our client’s 3D interactive Intelligent Instructions® are a unique differentiator that provides a superior customer experience for assembly and installation of products for retail and professional customers, creating a dramatic increase in positive customer sentiment, and a reduction in product returns and customer support costs – all of which improve a company’s bottom line and turns their users into promoters of their brand.Our client also provides brands with valuable analytics that measures the entire instruction experience and connects the manufacturer to their end users through product registration and storing of receipts and warranty information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Brand Support Team (BST) Sales Director, you will oversee all aspects of the customer journey of the brands assigned to their respective BSTs starting with the initial sale through implementation and end of customer product life while continually introducing new customer products to the BST’s portfolio of managed brands. This position is a combination of selling, business development, account management, brand management, project management and marketing.

BST Directors must love to work with people and be intellectually curious about companies, their products and their leadership. You must also have the ability to build an incredible team, empower your BST members to win for the brands assigned to your BST, and provide an unmatched experience from product launch to end of product life both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS

5 to 7 years of SaaS B2B or B2C sales and or business development experience recommended
You must be able to quickly master Value-Based Selling techniques and possess an extreme Outward Mindset in order to provide support to our client’s brands
Experience with internal CRM solutions, internal workflow software solutions and participated in learning new software solutions, and MS Office Suite
Enjoy working with people from all walks of life and working with products from various industries and verticals
You must be able to learn quickly and provide tangible results in a timely manner for your brands and their customers
Build new business accounts and manage multiple brands at the same time
Represent the company at on-site customer meetings, conferences and other company events as needed
Passion for self-improvement and a desire for continual acquisition of knowledge and skills
Critical eye for detail, organization and thinking outside the box to provide courageous value for your customers
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college, a Master’s in business highly valued
Additional education in business, marketing, data analytics, and leadership is favorable
