Business Development Executive((1-2 Years’ Experience)

Job Description:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries ( Voice )
• Handling emails, social media campaign and customer service inquiries
(Non-Voice)
• Need to connect with the customer & pitch the product and schedule
appointments.
• Should be able to generate leads over the calls
• Should be able to provide support to existing customer if required
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives
• Excellent listening skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduates with BPO Experience (0-3yrs)
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills in all
three languages (English, Hindi, Telugu) are the must.
• Should have good knowledge on MS-Word and MS –Excel.
