A new frontier for online-to-offline marketing (O2O), PoweredLocals' unique tech can identify foot traffic in a physical location (hospitality, theme parks, entertainment venues, retail, etc), capture customer data (name, email, etc) and push that information in real-time into 3rd party platforms like MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, SalesForce, Facebook, etc.

Additionally, PoweredLocal helps businesses measure the offline attribution of those visitors back to any digital campaign that drives store traffic.

The company and it’s founders are well known in the web conversion and optimisation space, having been interviewed & featured on Kissmetrics, SalesHacker, and many other industry forums.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who will work with the board of directors and own the end to end success of this disruptive startup.

What does the VP of Sales do?

//Lead Sales Strategy

► Create and implement the sales playbook to deliver fast growth (including pitches, process, scripts, campaigns and best practices)
► Develop and execute growth initiatives to ensure continued sales growth
► Manage the CRM, Dashboards, Sales Reporting
► Implement sales enablement tools for the team
► Recruitment of SDR and AE teams
► Creating growth targets, and management of sales team to targets
► Create new enterprise-level partnerships

//Execute with Excellence

► Identify, prioritize, and conduct thorough due diligence on business opportunities and growth strategies
► Own CAC, ACV, LTV, Growth rate metrics
► Proactively mitigate business, operational & governance risks

//Build Great Talent & Teams

► Attract, retain & develop world-class talent
► Cultivate a high-performing, innovative, one-team culture

//Desired Expertise and Experience
► 3+ years’ experience in driving revenue growth in the B2B tech startup sector
► Experience and positive track records with building businesses from low $m to $10m ARR range
► Successful track record running predictable revenue sales teams
► Experience with two or more of the following areas: Guest Wi-Fi, SMB Marketing SaaS, SMB Adtech, Enterprise Adtech
► Ability to negotiate contracts & terms with enterprise customers & partners

//Package

► $130-$180k Base + ST incentives ($260-$320k OTE)
► Medium/Longer term incentives to be discussed with successful candidate
