This role is a key enabler to ensure PoshVine’s growth both horizontally and vertically across the payment-linked loyalty ecosystem. If establishing and managing key senior-level relationships are your thing, if you are a metrics-driven pre-sales or inside sales professional with proven chops to hunt and close potential enterprise customers, we want to talk to you.
Hunting: Hunt for new customers for PoshVine's products and solutions in a data-driven way. You will own a couple of industry verticals and a couple of geographies (both domestic and international), and you will need to prospect potential customers, map their current usage of relevant software, and map the key stakeholders. You will need to establish close relationships with 1-2 key champions within the target organization, and help close deals.
Pre Sales and Solutions: Understand the potential customer's requirements and devise a winning pitch to help close the account, or convert the account from competition.
Business Analysis: You will need to don a Business Analyst hat to provide competitive intelligence and industry trends to potential customers, and help conceptualize, and sell/propagate PoshVine solutions across potential enterprise customers across India, SE Asia and Middle East. Position and deliver PoshVine value proposition around Digital Loyalty Transformation.
*Key Requirements: *
Minimum 3-6 years Pre-Sales or Insider Sales experience in the Customer Engagement, or Customer Experience, or Loyalty Industry. Exposure to Financial Services or Cards industry is a plus.
Strong cevidence of pre-sales success.
Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills, up to and including C-Level. Typical prospect profiles for this role are CMO, Head of Cards, Head of Digital, etc.
Ability to generate cold leads and develop warm leads credibly at all levels.
Experience of selling consumer benefits, software as a service and/or marketing services would be distinctly advantageous.
Ability to lead by example; act decisively, able to manage challenging deadlines and requests effectively.
Use of own initiative, self-motivated, ability to hit the ground running. Best-in-class verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
