Mobility Partnerships Manager
The role:As a Mobility Partnerships Manager, you'll be joining a world-class team that is transforming the future of transportation in cities. We're building a revolutionary platform that helps private mobility operators (shared scooters, cars, bikes) collaborate with cities through better data. In just two years, our rapidly-growing platform has expanded to 70 cities globally, working with the world's largest mobility companies.
We're bringing on new customers at a rapid clip. You'll be a core member of our sales and customer success team and serve as a face of Populus for our city and private mobility customers, including bringing core feedback to our product team to facilitate continuous improvement of our platform for cities.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):-Identify potential customers and set strategies for customers to adopt our solution-Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key individuals-Represent Populus’ brand as the first point of contact with key decision-makers and users of the platform-Provide high level of customer service by responding to customer’s needs in a timely manner-Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to continually improve customer support and innovate our platform-Help customer effectively execute on their mobility programs' implementation and evaluation
About you: - Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions-Excited about software solutions to deliver better transportation in cities.- Prior sales or customer success experience with governments, utilities, or other large enterprises (transportation experience a plus!)-Understanding of the sales process and dynamics-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.- 3+ years of experience
Bonus points if you have:- A master’s degree in transportation or urban planning- Experience working with city departments of transportation- Technical experience in bicycle planning and street design- An extensive network in the transportation ecosystem.
