We believe there is fundamental problem in the professional world today that existing professional networks like LinkedIn fail on a number of levels in both empowering people to represent who they really are and connecting them to real opportunities.

With Us You Will:
*Define requirements based on business needs and create high-quality information architecture, wireframes, sitemaps and story boards.
*Undertake user research and user testing to collect relevant insights and translate those insights into well-designed product experiences.
*Develop wireframes, user flows, concept mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
*Create user-centric designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities, and usability findings.
*Measure the success of your design solutions by tracking key business metrics.
What We Look For:
*6+ years of experience working as a Product Designer in a consumer startup. You should be naturally obsessed with creating beautiful useable products.
*You have taken a key UX/UI role researching and designing native mobile applications, preferably for a consumer tech product, but can also flex up and design for desktop web too.
*Portfolio of early user flows, concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, showing your role in projects from beginning to end.
*You have strong problem solving and design skills.
*You must be proficient in Figma.
*You are able to demonstrate working collaboratively in a team with product managers, engineers, and business owners effectively.
*You are an effective communicator.
*You possess strong verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skills.
