We began our mission 7 years ago in Colombia, with the goal to build game-changing companies that serve the needs to the fast-expanding middle class. Today, we have 5 operating ventures with over 300 amazing staff across the portfolio and international presence in Perú and Mexico.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED TECH RECRUITER
We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to partner with business leaders and teams to hire incredible talent to Polymath Ventures.



As a Tech Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding unique tech candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You will be responsible for guiding them through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at Polymath Ventures. You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with candidates, partners and founders. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Build a pipeline of top local and international technical talent through researching, sourcing and networking
Effectively manage an increasing number of roles and candidates across Latin America, full-cycle, and with minimal direction
Qualify candidates for technical abilities and alignment with Polymath Ventures’ mission and core values
Solve challenges and generate creative solutions by collecting and analysing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities beyond your core
Act as a Brand Ambassador, build out tech talent networks and activate knowledgeable industry sources to develop and generate an ongoing pool of candidates through a diverse mix of sources, online and offline
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUAL WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS
BS/BA degree
+4 years tech recruiting experience online and offline
Experience with both high-volume recruitment as well as specialist searches
Analytical and operational mind to break through tough problems, self-prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
Strong work ethic; self-motivated and driven – you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice
Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding to change and able to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills in English and Spanish
Passion and understanding of technology
Willingness to be based in Bogotá, Colombia or CDMX, Mexico
