QA and Support Specialist

Polarr is looking for a QA and Support Specialist to help build, manage, and execute testing against our suite of consumer facing apps, as well as help provide customer support.

You have:
• Knowledge of the QA lifecycle.
• Experience testing Web, Mobile, or Desktop applications.
• Experience working in with bug tracking software. (JIRA, BugZilla, Asana, etc.)
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

You will:
• Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure product quality.
• Assist in developing QA process.
• Respond and assist 20-50 customers a day via email.
• Coordinate testing and releases across multiple teams.

You are:
• A creative problem-solver, able to identify a problem and work to find the root cause/solution.
• Detail Oriented, able to pick up on small details that may have a larger impact.
• Data-driven, able to use analytics to identify issues, use data to support decisions.
• Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with both users and internal team members.
• Able to change contexts quickly. You will be working on multiple different projects at the same time, and need to be able to pivot quickly from one to the other.
• Knowledgeable or interested in AI technology, photography, videography, or test automation.
• Comfortable working with Git and creating builds to test locally.(a plus)
• Comfortable releasing products on Google Play/Apple App Store.(a plus)
