In this position, you’ll have a hands-on role in facilitating Point’s continued growth. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the sales organization; scope and prioritize the projects to realize those improvements; and, work cross-functionally to implement those projects in a timely fashion. You are an analyst, project manager, and change agent rolled into one. You love data, finance, technology, and people in equal parts and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are the instigator of change. 



* Maintain dashboards and track KPIs across sales organization
* Analyze operations data for opportunities for business improvements
* Regularly, define and prioritize projects targeting specific operations gains
* Gather requirements, plan, schedule, and execute cross-functional projects and initiatives to realize operations gains
* Collaborate with colleagues, including product, business operations, growth, underwriting, and analytics, to scope and execute projects
* Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and partners across the technology, sales and finance spectrum
* Regularly review existing procedures and identify potential improvements 
* Spot potential problems before they arise and implement preventive actions
* Be an active and outspoken advocate for the organization, technology, and process change that can help the company achieve its goals



* 2+ years of experience in project management or business operations at a rapidly growing Business To Consumer (B2C) company
* Proven analytics ability: expert in Excel and proficient in SQL, at a minimum
* Experience in consumer finance strongly preferred  
* Able to work independently and with broad instructions
* High attention to detail
* Context-switching expert: the ability to balance multiple concurrent responsibilities of varying priorities and to shift focus from one to another with minimal loss of productivity or work quality.

Point provides platinum-rated plans for medical (Anthem Blue Cross or Kaiser Permanente), dental and vision (The Standard). We cover 99% of employee premiums and 75% of dependent premiums.


Point participates in the Caltrain GoPass program which provides an unlimited train pass for work and personal travel. Alternatively, team members commuting by car will receive a free parking permit.

Family Friendly

Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to six weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave.
