The Role

PodiumIO.com is looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are self-motivated and experienced ONLINE marketer who is comfortable working in all stages of the customer acquisition and inbounding marketing funnel, we'd love to talk to you.

As our lead Growth Hacker you will lead the development and implementation of PodiumIO’s Revenue Growth strategy. If you are looking for a work environment where your active involvement in the decision making process is a necessity, you are at the right place!

The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of seamlessly moving between very strategic initiatives and day to day activities of a new start-up.

Responsibilities
• Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing, inbound channels, and deployment of new unchartered techniques.
• Implement paid and non-paid digital growth strategies.
• Take an iterative data-driven approach to understand the efficacy of various paid and organic channels to grow and optimize them effectively
• Create and launch new strategic channel opportunities including referral, affiliate & other such programs to rapidly scale our customer base.
• Work closely with our engineering team, product team and Founders
• Create, implement & Oversee all on-page SEO optimization efforts and SEO-related content
• Create & Optimize non paid and paid acquisition campaigns both offline & online (website, social & blog) in order to maximize click thru rates, signups and conversions
• Work closely with the customer onboarding process to conduct & coordinate email marketing campaigns, cold calling and other outbound initiatives
• Create & own the Digital Marketing Plan and Budget.
• Execute PodiumIO's social media strategy
• Assist in website and landing page projects to maximize CAC, CPA, CPC, etc
• Monitor and analyze all online metrics for performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Lead external link-building efforts, as well as coordinate campaign concepts and execution
• Create advertisements campaigns through affiliate websites and online advertising tool.


ABOUT YOU

• U love to take on the impossible.
• A total self-starter.
• 2+ year history in a similar role
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of SEO ranking factors, guidelines, analytics, algorithms, techniques and tracking tools
• Exceptional multi-tasking and analytics skills with an acute eye for detail and financial modelling
• Independent, proactive individual
• MUST HAVE completed a Bachelor degree
• A strong creative, branding, and product background


PLUSES

• Graphic Design experience
• Customer On-Boarding or Support Experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Microsoft suite
• Web Building experience (HMTL, CSS, Wordpress).
• Familiar with Anti-spam laws
